ORDERING INFORMATION

To order, go to each product page, choose your product and click the "Add to Cart" button. This adds the product to the shopping cart. You may change the quantity or delete the item by clicking “Cart” link available at the top of every page. To checkout at any time click the “Cart” link.

Normally, if we receive your order by 11:00 AM (PST) Monday-Friday your order will ship that same day. If not it will be shipped the next business day. We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Because of our quick order processing, please email me immediately if you have a change to your order. Make sure to include the order number when you email.

• Your PayPal account

For orders within the USA you will be shown shipping options before you check out. Your choices are USPS First Class now called Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Priority Mail. The prices will be displayed in the shopping cart. US Orders that subtotal $99.00 or more receive FREE first class shipping, now called Ground Advantage.

* All orders to Alaska, or the US territories will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

• USPS First class 3-5 days $4.50 Now called Ground Advantage
• USPS Priority on orders over $99.00 is Based on Weight. 
• International USPS Global Express (3-5 days) $76.95

US RETURNS
Unopened bottles may be returned within thirty (30) days from date of purchase. Unopened bottles must be in resellable condition and the safety seal must not be broken or removed. Any opened bottles sent to us will not be returned and no refund will be given.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We do not accept returns on international orders.
Please make certain that you order exactly what you need and that the address you provide is accurate and understandable.
